1. What this is
InvoRescue is a one-time-purchase Chrome extension that helps a Shopify merchant export data from their own Stocky account — supplier notes and reorder settings the official Stocky export doesn't include — to a local file before Stocky shuts down. It is an independent, third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify or Stocky.
InvoRescue is operated by AiLaiLe Technology Limited, RM 102, 1/F, THE CLOUD, 111 Tung Chau Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong. This is who you're contracting with when you purchase a license.
2. How it accesses your data
InvoRescue only reads data from your own, already-signed-in Stocky/Shopify admin session, using the same browser access you already have. It does not bypass any login, CAPTCHA, rate limit, or other access control, and it does not access any store or account other than the one you explicitly connect. Functionally, it automates repetitive page visits you could otherwise do by hand — opening your own supplier pages one at a time and copying what's already on the page.
That said, automating page access — even to your own account — may be subject to Shopify's and/or Stocky's own terms of service or acceptable-use policies, which we do not control and have not audited on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with Shopify's and Stocky's own terms before using InvoRescue with your store. We are not responsible for any action Shopify, Stocky, or any third party takes against your account as a result of your use of this extension.
3. License to use
On purchase, you're granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run InvoRescue against your own Stocky account(s) to export your own data. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the extension itself.
4. No warranty
InvoRescue is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, any warranty that it will successfully read every supplier's notes or reorder settings. Stocky's page layout is outside our control and can change without notice; the manual-entry fallback in the options page exists specifically because automated reading is not guaranteed to work for every supplier, every time.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to InvoRescue or this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for your license ($29). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data, lost profits, or any action taken against your Shopify/Stocky account as described in §2.
6. Refunds
If the extension fails to export your data and the manual-entry fallback can't fix it either, we'll refund you in full within 14 days of purchase — see Help for how to request one.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes; the "last updated" date above will reflect that. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"), without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of InvoRescue is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
