What InvoRescue does

InvoRescue is a Chrome extension that reads data from your own Stocky account (via Stocky's official API and, for supplier notes and reorder settings, by reading the relevant page) and merges it into a single export file saved to your computer. It never accesses any account or data other than your own.

What never leaves your browser

• Your Stocky store address and API key — stored only in the browser's sandboxed extension storage, never uploaded anywhere
• Everything the extension reads from Stocky — supplier records, purchase orders, notes, reorder settings — is processed and exported entirely on your device
• The exported archive is saved directly to your Downloads folder; it is never transmitted to us or anyone else

What we do collect

• Purchase records: when you buy a license, we store your Stocky store address (so the purchase is tied to the right account, not just whatever email Stripe happened to collect on its checkout page) along with your email and payment confirmation from Stripe — used only to issue and verify your license key and to email it to you.
• License checks: the extension asks our server "is this account licensed?" — either by your store address (before you've entered a key, so a completed purchase can be detected automatically) or by the license key itself (afterward). Your store address is just your own *.myshopify.com domain, already visible in your browser's address bar — these calls never include scraped supplier/PO data.
• Anonymous crash reports: if the extension hits an unexpected bug, it may send an error message, stack trace, and extension version to help us fix it. These reports never include your store name, API key, or any scraped content.
• Basic click analytics on this website (page views, button clicks) to understand how people find InvoRescue — no cookies, no cross-site tracking.

Third parties involved

Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (storing license/purchase records), Resend (sending your license key by email), and Cloudflare (hosting this site and the license-verification service). Each only receives the minimum data described above.

Data retention & deletion

Purchase and license records are kept for as long as your license is active, to support refunds and license lookups. Email support@ailaile.tech to request deletion of your purchase record once your export is complete and you no longer need support.
